An is committed to helping customers to plan a SMART project or business plans that will ensure aspects of the project are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely. Together with our clients we will set target objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve the  target objectives. The project or business plan will help guide the establishment of the business and project delivery.

Scope & Contextualization: we work with our customer to effectively define and project the scope and context of the project or business, i.e., the products and the services delivered and influences or impacts e.g. technological, social, economical, environmental etc. We work to establish clear goals and targets and develop SMART performance indicators to achieve these goals.

Competitive analysis: with data from our credible and comprehensive market research we study our customer's competitors to help us identify key elements that will give our customers a competitive advantage in the market.

Strategy Plan: with data collected from a SWOT analysis and a clear understanding of demographics from market research, we work to understand the needs of the target audience and develop a strategy to promote and deliver products and services.

Financial plan: we work with our customers to set a budget reflecting the scope of the project or business. We then develop a unique sales strategy that will appeal to their target audience and optimize the sale of their services and products. We then use this data to develop achievable projections and estimate profitability.

Mangement Plan: we work with our customers to prepare a plan that will outline the scope of the project or business, targets and key performance indicators, operations and methodology, and risks. Our risk profile is packaged with a comprehensive and effective risk mitigation plan.
