Consultation between the HSEQ Specialist and representatives of the organization must occur, to provide the scope and context of the organization, and an understanding of the strategic direction of the organization.
Gap Analysis
An internal audit must be carried out, before the training program is the developed. This allows the HSEQ specialist to identify gaps and incorporate recommendations and corrective actions in the training program.
Program Design
Design the relevant training program in consultation with the organization's top management and workers to align with the context and strategic direction of the organization.
Findings from the internal audit and consultation shall be considered in the design of the training program.
Program Development
Develop the training program in consultation with the top management and workers.
Program Delivery
Deliver the training program, as per the requirements of the organization.
